We all know what End User License Agreements (EULA) are. But why? Why do only PC Games have them? To me, it's like copy protection: a stupid idea that is put into PC games just because the publishers can do it. If you actually read the thing (which no one does), you can see that the publisher may be doing something other than giving you a game (malware, StarForce).
Why? How come console games don't have EULAs on them? Why do PC gamers have to put up with this shit? I dare a developer/publisher to put out a PC game that does not have an EULA. If it's Stardock, I'll bet many gamers would like them more.
